Here’s the Current Status for All States of America

As the United States begins to relax its shelter in place orders and some emerge from their homes, many are counting the days when we can get back out there and travel, even if it’s by car to a neighboring community or state. But as we know, a very different landscape awaits out there than the one we left earlier this winter at the onset of the coronavirus pandemic. There are things travelers must consider that we never did before, including social distancing and personal sanitization. Let find out Here’s the Current Status for All States of America below.

Colorado

No statewide travel restrictions. Any visitors spending more than one night in Pitkin County must complete a traveler affidavit which includes a negative COVID 19 test that has been administered up to 72 hours prior to arrival. A range of lodging available statewide, including hotels and short term rentals.
Open for indoor dining with capacity and social distancing restrictions in all counties. Capacity restrictions vary based on a county’s current status which can be found at the state’s COVID 19 dial dashboard. Open with strict social distancing guidelines and best health practices. Most state parks and campgrounds are open with restrictions. See more here. Parts of Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park, Mesa Verde, Rocky Mountain, and Great Sand Dunes National Parks are open.

Idaho

Visitors are encouraged to self quarantine before visiting. Open for in restaurant dining with the approval of local health officials. Most open with safety protocols. State parks and campgrounds are open, while some lodging remains closed. Group camping is open on a case by case basis. See more here. Boise National Forest remains closed through December 31, 2020.

Louisiana

No travel restrictions.Open for indoor service at 50% capacity. Restaurants in New Orleans are open for indoor dining at 25% capacity. Open for outdoor service and delivery. Retail stores and shopping malls open at 50% capacity. Most state parks are open.

New Hampshire

All visitors traveling to New Hampshire other than same day trips for essential workers and visitors from other New England states should self quarantine for 14 days. Hotels, motels, short term rentals, cabin rentals, B&Bs, and inns are open to New Hampshire residents and out of state visitors who have met the 14 days quarantine requirement. Restaurants can open for indoor dining at 100% capacity with restrictions staff and unseated customers must wear masks, parties must be seated six feet away from each other, no congregating in bar areas. Retail locations are open at 50% capacity and subject to strict guidelines. State parks and private campgrounds open, with support facilities generally closed. Some state park campgrounds opening at 50% capacity to New Hampshire residents.

New Hampshire

New York

All out of state visitors from non border states must quarantine for 10 days and fill out a New York State Traveler Health Form. Essential workers and people from states contiguous with New York are exempt. Out of state travelers can exempt themselves from the 10 day quarantine by taking a test three days prior to arrival in New York, quarantining for three days, take a second COVID 19 test, and if both tests come back negative that visitor can exit quarantine early.
Restaurants in NYC can open for indoor dining at 50% capacity, restaurants in the rest of the state can open at 75% capacity. Open for outdoor service in several upstate regions. Open for pick up and delivery only in NYC. Stores open for in store shopping with guidelines. Anchor stores in malls can open for in store shopping, all other stores in malls can open for curbside pickup only. Parks are open to locals. Oregon

Visitors arriving in Oregon from outside the state should self quarantine for 14 days. Oregonians are encouraged to avoid non essential reasons outside their region.Based on each county’s current risk level. In counties at the Extreme Risk level, takeout is strongly recommended but restaurants can be open for outdoor dining at 50% capacity. In counties at the High Risk level, indoor dining is limited to 25% capacity. At the Moderate and Lower Risk levels, indoor dining is limited to 50% capacity. Based on each county’s current risk level. In counties at the Extreme Risk level, takeout is strongly recommended but restaurants can be open for outdoor dining at 50% capacity. In counties at the High Risk level, indoor dining is limited to 25% capacity. At the Moderate and Lower Risk levels, indoor dining is limited to 50% capacity. Open at 50% of capacity in counties at the Extreme and High Risk levels. Open at 75% capacity in counties at the Moderate and Lower Risk levels. Most outdoor sites have reopened for limited day use, with limited overnight camping available.
